Website Privacy Notice
Last updated: 16 September 2026
How the C Prompt website handles your enquiry, browser storage and links to external services.
1. Who this notice covers
This notice covers the public C Prompt Solutions website and its enquiry form. C Prompt Solutions Pvt Ltd is named in the company’s separately published Privacy Policy for the Sales App and Customer Portal App. Those applications have their own data collection and permissions.
Contact address: 3rd Floor, 2-4-438 Baldwa Edifice, Ramgopalpet, Off MG Road, Lane Beside KFC, Secunderabad – 500003, Telangana, India.
2. Enquiry details and your choice
The form asks whether you are enquiring as an individual or a company, your name, phone number and email address. Company name is required for a company enquiry. Your solution choice helps route the request. Device preferences, industry, quantity, duration, delivery city and comments help prepare a quote; these fields are optional.
Your contact details are sent to C Prompt when you agree to enquiry processing and select Save & continue. Later steps update that saved enquiry. The team can therefore receive your contact details even if you leave before the final step. The form records the time of your agreement and the notice version with the enquiry.
This permission covers responding to your requirement. The form does not subscribe you to marketing. Please avoid including identity documents, financial details, passwords, medical information or other sensitive information in comments. You can contact the team by phone instead of using the form.
3. Storage and access
Enquiry information is stored in the website’s server-side enquiry system so the business can respond and manage the request. Hosting systems may also process connection information, including IP addresses, for serving and operating the website.
This notice does not specify a fixed retention period. Contact the business for its current retention arrangements, including incomplete enquiries and backups. Requests to correct or delete enquiry information, or withdraw permission for further enquiry follow-up, can be sent to sales@cpromptsolutions.in. Include only enough information to identify the enquiry; do not email identity documents unless the team explains why they are needed.
4. Browser storage and the FAQ assistant
The form stores an enquiry identifier in session storage to resume your request in the same tab. Contact details are not stored there. Session storage normally ends when the tab is closed; browser session restoration may retain it. Starting a new enquiry removes the stored identifier but does not delete an enquiry already sent to the server. Treat any enquiry-resume link as private.
The FAQ assistant matches questions against prepared answers in your browser. Its conversation is held in page memory, is not sent to an AI provider or to the sales team, and is cleared when the page reloads. Use the enquiry form, phone or WhatsApp for a response from the team.
5. Analytics, external services and payments
Google Analytics measures page visits and completed enquiries by default unless you turn traffic analytics off. We send page paths without query strings or fragments, and do not send enquiry contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers or enquiry identifiers as Analytics event data. Google may process browser, device and connection information to provide this service. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled.
Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings by default unless you turn recordings off. It processes interaction, browser, device and connection information. Strict text masking is enabled, the FAQ conversation is explicitly masked, and Clarity is not loaded on the contact form, private areas, or pages with query strings or fragments. Google and Microsoft operate global services and may process data outside India. Turn either service off using Privacy choices in the footer. Turning a service off clears matching first-party tracker cookies and reloads the page to stop the running tracker. Previously saved opt-outs are respected.
WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other external links open third-party services only when you choose them. Those services handle information under their own policies. The public website enquiry form does not collect card details or take payment.
