1. Agreement to terms

These Terms govern your use of cpromptsolutions.in and any rental services provided by C Prompt Solutions. By using the site or entering a rental, you agree to these Terms.

Specific rentals are also governed by the signed rental agreement / master service agreement for that order, which prevails in case of conflict.

2. Rental services

We rent laptops, MacBooks, desktops, monitors, servers and workstations for terms from 1 day to 5 years, subject to availability and a signed agreement.

Equipment remains the property of C Prompt Solutions at all times. The customer is responsible for its safe use and return in working condition, fair wear and tear excepted.

3. Quotes, pricing and payment

Quotes are indicative and valid for the period stated. Final pricing, deposit, billing cycle and taxes are set out in the rental agreement and are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

Invoices are payable per the agreed billing cycle. Late payment may attract charges as specified in the rental agreement.

4. Customer responsibilities

The customer must not sub-let, sell, modify or relocate equipment outside the agreed city without prior written consent, and must report faults or loss promptly.

Loss or damage beyond fair wear and tear may be chargeable at the rates in the rental agreement.

5. Maintenance and replacement

Routine maintenance is included. Where a device fails, we aim to provide a same-business-day replacement in serviceable cities, as described in the rental agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the rental charges paid for the affected equipment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including data loss. Customers are responsible for their own data backups.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
