# How an enquiry becomes devices on desks

1. **Scope** - a short call or form covering team size, device specification, city and duration.
2. **Quote** - an itemised, indicative quote, usually back within 2 hours. Pricing is driven by
configuration, quantity and term, so a single laptop for a month and 200 units for two years are
   quoted very differently.
3. **Paperwork** - standard company KYC (for example GST details) and a signed agreement. A security
deposit may apply depending on configuration and duration; exact documents and deposit terms are
   confirmed on the quote.
4. **Build** - devices are imaged, asset-tagged and QC-tested to the agreed specification.
5. **Deliver** - 24 hours to desks in hub cities, about 2 business days elsewhere in India.
6. **Run** - maintenance, 24/7 helpdesk, same-business-day replacement, and scale up or down as
   headcount changes.

## What C Prompt needs to quote

City, quantity, configuration and duration. Without those four the answer is a range, not a quote.
